Coming Home
Thanks to everyone who voted in my pulp poll! The results did not bear out my theory that women like pulp more than men; or, if anyone loves pulp it's going to be women. That's been my experience--I love pulp, and I'd vote 8 or 9. I know plenty of other women who love it, and men who hate it. I'm not giving up on my theory, though. I think I just need a bigger sample.
I'm in crisis cleaning mode, as I will have guests this weekend (!!) for the first time in about a year. There is a wedding this weekend and not only will there be guests, there will college people wanting to see where I live, etc., etc. So I don't want to show them a sty. This also means I need to buy food and milk and alcohol and do laundry. By Thursday night! And I have to cook dinner for ten OTHER people on Thursday night! Plus I must finish a work project by Friday, and if it's not done I'm supposed to stay after work. Which I have no time for, so I'd better finish ASAP. And on Sunday I'm going to Manhattan for a copywriting seminar on Monday and Tuesday. My life is a veritable whirlwind.
I have gone on two trips on each of the past two weekends and have neglected to take any pictures at all, except when coming home. So, that's what I'm posting.
On the way home. Train.

Freaky Wind Farm. PA Turnpike.
For some reason these things creep me out.
